Description
The individual in this role will support the reporting needs of ICG's HR & Total Rewards teams by applying best in class analytical skills including the organization and management of data in a way that improves customer support service to key stakeholders. 
 
To be successful in roles at this level the individual must possess the knowledge, skills and ability to deliver on the following 3 expectations:
  • The ability to be extremely well organized and detailed oriented in the use of data from our various source systems, including the extraction and storage of information on employee awards.
  • The ability to analyze and lay out the data in different ways (charts, graphs, standard deviation, waterfall charts etc) in order to answer questions from key stakeholders and provide new perspectives.
  • Content expertise on how core compensation programs work so that analysis can be performed to assess how they are performing.

As applicable and directed by leader, will be accountable for all the reporting, analysis, storage and flow of data between systems to ensure that appropriate information for making compensation decisions, payments and record keeping purposes is maintained in a compliant and readily accessible manner. Will also support core compensation processes including job market pricing, incentive plan design & implementation, annual bonus, & merit compensation design and administration. 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 
  • Partnering with Leaders, HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition staff to provide employee data reporting and compensation market analysis
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to meet Business and HR Leader needs as it relates to employee data (Headcount, turnover, open requisition, time to fill, cost per hire, etc.) 
  • Analyzing and reporting on data including data in support of major compensation processes (incentive administration and payment, year-end, etc).
  • Ensuring that correct reporting protocols are in place.
  • Responding to audit and data requests.
  • Submitting data to survey houses for annual market pricing exercise.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent along with a Bachelor's Degree is required
  • A minimum of three (3) years experience in a reporting and/or data analytics role, preferably within in Corporate Human Resources department managing employee data
  • Demonstrated expertise reporting and preparing analytical reports of data from various systems and platforms into executive summaries. Preference given to those who have experience presenting data analysis to executive leaders 
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment 
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work independently with little direction, and demonstrate proficiency exercising judgement & discretion as it relates to reporting matters
  • Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with leaders and employees across all levels of the organization
  • Superb attention to detail is critical
  • Clear communication style (written and orally)
  • Intellectual curiosity in how data can be used to answer different questions
  • Must possess expert level proficiency with Microsoft Excel and web-based reporting platforms
